Why this matters

The Strategic section is a preview of one of Parsec's most useful tools: AI that reads your LCAP and turns it into something you can actually monitor. In Clarity Lite you get a working demo, so you can see how it behaves before bringing in your own plan.

  • Anyone curious about how AI plan-ingestion works in practice

Step-by-step

Open the demo plan

Go to Strategic in the left navigation and open the demo plan. It shows what happens when Parsec's AI ingests an LCAP: it identifies the plan's metrics, goals, and actions and lays them out so they can be monitored visually.

See where upload lives

Click Strategic Demo Plan and you'll see this is where you'd bring in your own LCAP — which requires upgrading to the full Clarity platform. From here you can also talk with sales or schedule a free training.

What upgrading unlocks: In full Clarity, Strategic lets you upload your own LCAP and SPSA/SIPs, use Real to actively monitor how your actions are being implemented, and connect initiatives across plans.
