Unfortunately, we can not promise that you will be renewed. We are 100% transparent that we will give you the tools and help find insights to build your story but it is ultimately not up to us. If it was up to us, we’d always want to renew those who are showing progress and excellence 🙂
We recommend starting two-three years ahead for the strongest story. That gives us time to identify bright spots, for you to implement changes, and us all to see measurable outcomes.
If you’re within one year or less, we can still help highlight your strengths and growth, but we may have less time to show the full impact!
