Rob Kutka is the Chief Financial Officer at Parsec Education, where he leads financial strategy, planning, and compliance. With a background spanning public accounting, corporate finance, and tax leadership, he brings a strong track record of fiscal stewardship and operational excellence to Parsec’s continued growth.

Before joining Parsec, he served as Director of Tax at Fowler Packing Company and held senior roles at Moss Adams LLP, including Senior Manager and Tax Manager. Across these roles, he advised complex organizations on strategic tax planning, compliance, and financial risk mitigation. He also led finance at FocusVision and spent 10 years as a Certified Public Accountant in the Central Valley.
